My sister is amazing and so happy for me. I told her I was ready to purchase my own place and she offered to help me. She purchased her first home when she was 23 years old. My parents were amazed to learn that she had saved all of her money that she earned from the age of 16. My sister is a saver and I think she is a great role model. She bought a home that was listed as for sale by owner Memphis. The house is perfect for her. She is planning to use it as an income property when she gets married.
